Day 545 - December 12 - Christmas comes
Cherié and I were just talking about Christmas coming. This is going to be our first year without Joélle here, and that means it's going to be a harder Christmas than years past. Not to mention that our situation makes it harder still, and we're already feeling the stress of "how do we make this work?" As we spoke, it dawned on me that there are so many folks who love and cherish the boy, and perhaps some of you might be feeling like helping out. So, on the off chance that someone out there might be wondering, I decided to post up and ask -
If you are interested in making Connor's Christmas more hopeful and cheery, and would like to send him something, here's our mailing address:
Connor Williamson
16790 Ranger Court
Morgan Hill CA 95037-3827
No expectations, just a thought that maybe someone might be interested.
Thank you for thinking of the boy.
E.

What does he like?
Is the postman ready?
Great idea :-) Since Connor's circumstances are unique, either suggestions of what he enjoys or even some guidelines of what he can use would be helpful. Would love to participate. Oh yeah, how's the cat - is he OK? Thinking of you always. Lisa
Thank you so much for this idea! It is actually one thing that will help make Christmas exciting for me! Give us ideas of what he would like/need? Itunes? Eating out? Movies with friends?
Oh this is great!
thanks Eric!

OK, here's some ideas, but I'm pretty dry on ideas myself, so keep that in mind...
ITunes cards - he's a big music collector
Movies - keep in mind that he's a teenager!
Christian rock music CDs
Books on CD (military, adventure, etc.)
Anything else you can think of that he can enjoy. I know that's not much help, but it gives you an idea of what we face this time of year...
Hope this gives you some help. Thanks for your interest!
E.
thanks for giving us ideas Eric!
