Day 528 - November 25 - Thanksgiving Week Day 4

Yesterday was harder, but today is easy. I'm thankful for the Wright Brothers.

"Wright Brothers"? Did he say the "Wright Brothers"?

Yep. I'm thankful for the two men who first achieved sustained, powered flight. The two of them are directly responsible for the fact that my daughter Joélle and her husband were able to arrive safely from Chicago last night to spend the week with us over Thanksgiving. A "W" word I am thankful for:

web.....the world wide web that is! Without the web, I couldn't have updates about Connor, Jacob, and Jessica. Without the web, I couldn't gather a wealth of information on just about any topic in a matter of minutes without leaving my home.

blessings to all of you,

Gina

I am thankful for The Word...the Word of God. God's word directs us, guides us, encourages us, sustains us, and so much more.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Wonders.....all the wonders of this universe that God created that are reminders of Him. My daily commute takes me through some of what is supposedly the best farmland in the US. This year I have paid particular attention to the changes in the landscape as the seasons have progressed....inspiring....

Warm house and a welcome home after my surgery on Tuesday. I am recovering nicely, and look forward life with a healthier leg, minus troublesome varicose veins!!

Blessings to the Williamson family!!

Wisdom -- many times we don't know the "right" thing to do but with God's guidance, we can make a better decision. Praise God for that...also happy that Joelle & her husband could join you for Thanksgiving. Otherwise, I didn't know what the Wright bros. had to do w/ anything :)
