Day 523 - November 20 - Brad's Back!

Today, Connor's uncle Brad arrived from Michigan! He's here to help us figure out some technical and mechanical things that will help Connor have a bit more independence and control over his environment. We're looking forward to both a few days of visit, as well as working through some of the concepts and difficulties together.

Please be praying for us this weekend, as I'm sure there will be some tough discussions about how Connor wants to proceed, and how best to help him do that. It will probably be easy for us to get frustrated with discussions and the work they'll entail, so we appreciate your prayers as we go along.

Thanks for staying faithful.

E.

I am up late watching some kiddums, so I wanted to check in with how Connor and you all were doing...oh good, a visit!

I do hope you enjoy the time together and that he can help with the new plans you want to set up.

Praying that God would keep you all mindful of each other's feelings and each other's different temperaments. I know that sometimes it is hardest to be civil with your own family.

God's blessings on you all day tomorrow!

And may everything that goes on be a big help and blessing to you Connor, hope you are staying strong in the Lord, He is with you!

Valerie

Connor:

My name is Angie, and I've been keeping up with your progress ever since you're accident. I am heartened to see that you are fighting your way through this terrible injury. This last June, my dad was in a bicycle accident that severed his c2 and bruised his spinal cord. He passed away three weeks later and during the time in the ICU I spent with him, I thought a lot about you and how blessed life is. It is only just today that I could log on and say "Thank You" for your inspiration. So, thanks and I'll keep checkin' on ya!
