Day 112 - October 5 - Happy Birthday, Joélle!
Today is Joélle's twentieth birthday. Most of us don't think about how we're going to spend our next birthday, and Joélle certainly couldn't have anticipated that her 20th would be at the hospital with her brother.Joélle has been a trooper - at her brother's side, and supporting her parents since day one. Take a few minutes and wish her a Happy Birthday!
They say you only need about 30 people in a room to have a significant probability that two of you share a common birth date. Anybody else out there born on October 5th?

Praise God for His blessings and 20 years of faithfulness in your life. Though I do not know how God has specifically led you and grown you since you were little, I do know that He moves and He grants growth in faith, love, good deeds, and spiritual understanding and wisdom. I know He has been molding you into a woman after His own heart, I could see that way back in co-op. You are so special, you are vibrant, goofy, and I praise God especially for giving you faith to trust in Jesus.

I guess I will be remembering your birthday for years to come and lifting you up to the Lord along with my youngest Grandson Daniel :)
He is 8 years old today, healthy, happy and very loved and also loves the Lord along with his family who by the way are also on CONNOR Watch many times a day so much that when the husband asked the kids what the Mom was doing they said I don't know probably checking on Connor again haha, Connor you have become quite popular!
I pray your Birthday is perfect today Joelle and that you remember the Lord loves you so much, you are right in the middle of His plans for you, they are perfect and He is in control :)

BIRTHDAY GIRL!!!
I just logged on this morning and hadn't checked in over the weekend, so belated Happy Birthday. But if you're like me, you will accept any greetings, cards, presents, etc. during Birthday WEEK or, for that matter, Birthday MONTH! After all, it only comes around once a year.
My son's fianceé, Lacy, has a birthday on October 5th. Now I will never forget yours. If you are anything like Lacy, you are a life loving, outgoing, joyful, compassionate, hard-working, smart, anchor (as is stabilizing others) and come to think of it, I have found these qualities in you through the blogs over the past 113 days. The only difference is that Lacy "loves God", but doesn't really know Christ. You have a major "leg up" on Lacy right now. But I trust my son's future bride will come to know Christ as we continue to pray and love on her.
I'm sure you are feeling much older than 20 right now. These deep trials do "age" us. And to date, I observe that you are allowing Connor's situation to make you a better person and not a bitter person. It will be amazing, I'm sure, to compare how this birthday's life events have changed to your 21st birthday. I am still expecting great things ahead!
