Day 16 - July 1 - Oops, I forgot
In the midst of all the stuff today, I forgot to pass on this answer to prayer. The neurosurgeon told me that Connor no longer needed the cervical collar because his neck's bone structure was now as solid as ever.
Just thought y'all might like to know! Add that to the "answered prayer" list!

I can imagine the prayers of all of us like a chant on their way to the Father... 21-100, 21-100, 21-100...

Also, I didn't think of it while we were on the phone yesterday, but I woke with the thought during the middle of the night... I was thnking of the doctors words of discouragement and I remembered the imagery of pouring water onto the altar until the wood was soaked, the stones were drenched, and the trench overflowed.
Well, we know what happens next... so in that case, bring it on. The miracle can't happen until the trench overflows, lest anyone gets confused as to who is behind it.

Overall stabilization after arriving at the hospital -- check!
Relief of potential bloodclot -- check!
Spinal cord pinched, not severed -- check!
Heartbeat stabilization -- check!
Realignment of vertebrae -- check!
Successful surgery -- check!
Removal of ventilator -- check!
Removal of collar -- check!
Oxygen and saturation levels -- check!
Cherie's health -- check!
Affordable living situation for the family -- check!
Let's see, those are just the physical conditions we've been praying for.
Then there's the spiritual...
Strengthening of the family's faith and dependence on God -- check!
A world-wide prayer chain -- check!
Protection from spiritual demons and discouragement -- check!
I haven't had so many prayers answered so resoundingly, so quickly!!
Praise our awesome God, Thanks be to Jesus Christ...
But we're not done praying yet.....
Keep it going!
