I'd like to encourage folks to consider leaving their location at the end of the their comments. It's neat to see from where on the globe these words have arrived.
I've seen Cambodia, Asia, Switzerland, and that wonderful country of Texas (for those that don't know, that's where Eric, Brad, our sister Melissa, and I grew up).

Gracious Heavenly Father,
You are awesome and powerful and in control of all things. I praise Your name and trust Your perfect will to be done. I lift up Conner to You, I pray for divine healing of his spine. Restore his health and minister Your grace and mercy at this time. I pray that You would hold him in Your arms and comfort him, may he sense Your presence ever near. What a precious life and what tremendous faith he has, intervene in ways that only You can. I lift up his parents, give Your grace as needed and keep them in Your grasp. Ease their anxieties and give them peace. I lift up the rest of the family, friends, and acquaintances...be in their midst. Jehovah-Rapha, our Healer, heal him. You can do immeasurably more than we could ever think or ask, I plead the blood of Jesus over his life. Lord, I lift up the doctors who are helping Conner, give them all wisdom and knowledge as to how to help him through this. I pray for steady hands and strength to their bodies as they watch over him. I praise You Father that You love him even more than any of us could, You died for him, what awesome love! I pray that family would be continually encouraged by the love and faith of all who know them and care deeply about their lives. Father God, remove all the pain from Conner, reduce the swelling, remove the clot, renew his strength. I give You the glory and praise for all You are doing and are going to do in this precious child's life. May Your perfect will be done. I love You Lord. In the most wonderful name of Jesus I ask these things,
