Day 10 - June 25 - Waiting
It's Day 10 of this ordeal, and what a journey it has been. We have all witnessed amazing things happen. From the initial crushing blows when we first learned of Connor's situation, to the intense highs of the successful surgery and learning of Connor watching a baseball game, we have seen God's hands at work and in the process we've seen a community born.
People from around the globe have rallied their prayers and now we're all asked to wait, to watch, and to see what God has in store. I'm not a medical expert, but from what I understand there is swelling from the initial impact along with additional swelling caused from yesterday's operation. Once this subsides we'll have more answers.
• Pray for Eric, Cherié & Joélle. Pray that they will focus on today and not on the road ahead. Pray that their relationships will be strengthened in this situation instead of stressed by it.
• Pray for Connor. We've seen God answer our prayers along the way and we'll see more answered in the hours and days to come.
• Pray for God to use this event to continue to call people to Himself.
Let's see what unfolds on the journey today!

Williamsons - waiting is hard work! I find myself anxious, impatient, and lacking in trust so often, and I don't have to wait for things nearly so important as you have been since last Monday!
But my God shall supply ALL your needs. And many in the body of Christ will be continually offering up prayers on your behalf.

Ps 127:2 It is vain for you to rise up early,
To sit up late,
To eat the bread of sorrows;
For so He gives His beloved sleep. (NKJV)
Ps 130:1 Out of the depths I have cried to You, O LORD;
2 Lord, hear my voice!
Let Your ears be attentive
To the voice of my supplications.
3 If You, LORD, should mark iniquities,
O Lord, who could stand?
4 But there is forgiveness with You,
That You may be feared.
5 I wait for the LORD, my soul waits,
And in His word I do hope.
6 My soul waits for the Lord
More than those who watch for the morning—
Yes, more than those who watch for the morning. (NKJV)
Strength will rise as you Wait upon the Lord, our Everlasting Go.
Waiting with expectancy.

Good morning Connor and family,
I love the picture! Connor, you look great and it is neat to see the amazing progress you have been making. Five years ago, I saved a friend and she is now whole and I know God is making you whole again. You are a handsome man with an incredible family.
Love,
Dalla's
We rejoice with you over yesterday's news. We wait with eager anticipation daily as you and your brother update Connor's blog and give us any and all information possible.
Thank you for keeping your brothers and sisters in Christ updated so we know how to petition our Lord.
Even though we don't know Connor very well, he is at the forefont of our minds and we are so thankful for what God is doing in his life despite the accident, and what God is doing in the lives of Eric, Cherie and Joelle. They are a pillar of strength, praise be to God, and a great testimony to anyone who reads this blog. Thank you.
Hi Eric, Cherie', Jo'elle and Connor!
We are never ceasing to pray, as others all over the world. Never felt so close to a body of believers and most of them I do not even know! You guys are so strong, such a testament to what Christians are called to do and be. The picture yesterday was such a huge blessing! To see Jo'elle smiling, sitting beside her beloved brother, and he looks so proud! And his friend is beaming... such hope in all those faces.
I wanted to thank you all for sharing this with us, although I know it's not easy. And I am praying for the family and friends that are standing silently by, writing this blog while just as stressed and anxious as the rest of you... and those faithful ones traveling long distances to lend support, but especially grandpas and grandmas whose love for their grandson as well as his parents must make this time especially difficult (speaking as a new grandma, I know a little about it!). You guys have a truly amazing family!
Keep smiling, Williamsons! We love you!
