Day 2 - June 17 - Connor's Continual Testimony

I just got off the phone with Eric and Cherié. The situation remains very serious and the concerns over the blood clot still exist.

Cherié told me that Connor is singing hynms... he can't move a muscle yet he finds it within himself to sing hymns!

Eric told me this story... there is a terminal patient in the bay next to Connor who appears to braindead. Connor, laying in his bed with a halo on his head, saw this person's mother and asked her, "Would it be alright if I prayed for your son?"

This is the kind of person my nephew is... it's obviously a testimony to Connor's faith in Jesus Christ, but also a testimony to how Eric and Cherié have raised their kids.

We are "praying hard" for Connor and your family. May God strengthen each of you and envelope your in his protection. The great physician will honor your faithfulness. God Bless

The word is spreading around our area and there are many here in Michigan that are in prayer regarding this delicate situation. We serve a great and gracious God! Praise Him for His work in and through this situation; no matter what may transpire. All Glory to God! -Joshua Wisner

Knowing Connor's mother a short time now, I can only hope that I do as good of a job raising my son as she and Eric have done. They are truely a specail family, and I know that they will make it through this because of their strength and love. I love you Cheri and pray every day that this passes quickly and Connor will be home soon.

We only have known Connor for a short time through our Grandson, Cody. What a fine Christian Man he is. When asked by my husband if Connor was married, only because he had a ring on his finger, Connor commented that he had committed his life of purity to the Lord. Because my husband is a non-believer, I had to explain this to him. When Connor enters any room, he is a testimony of God's goodness and grace in his life. My Bible Study gals and I will continue to pray for healing, that God supplies all the wisdom to the Doctors and Connor as each day unfolds, and for strength for his family and friends. May God receive the glory for each new day.
